The bio is optional, and can contain information about what you will be using the footage for. The bio helps us learn a little bit more about the people who have visited and purchased from us. This information is for our own purposes. This means that you may receive marketing materials from ProAerialVideo.com from time to time sharing new additions to the site and any other things you may find interesting. None of the personal information collected during the registration process will ever be shared with another company or third party.

Changing or Updating Information

Purchasing
When you purchase footage from ProAerialVideo.com, we ask you complete a standard order form that requests certain information from you including credit card information and billing address. Once the information has been used to complete the transaction, it is discarded. Your credit card information may be stored in your secured records (unless you choose to opt-out), and we may store your mailing and shipping address information for future reference. All credit card numbers are stored outside the database on a secure system for your saftey from hackers.

Cookies

However, for your protection we never keep credit card records online, all reference to credit cards are kept securley offline upon your request, otherwise we destroy the record of the credit card number after the transaction has gone through.
